Hello Harry. This is your old neighbor. I heard that my dad was involved in the owl gang and that there was some trouble with the state. I heard they went to court and the gang won claiming squatters rights. Do you know of this?
My grandfather was Alfred Boerger, married to Louise (Hoying) Boerger. I'm going to ask my father about this.
